Ms. Wilderotter is only fooling herself when she states Frontier has a good relationship with its employees. Management does not give a crap about its employees. Its all about meeting numbers each month. The employees are required to work their butts off to keep management's bonuses at top dollar. Employee moral is at the lowest place it possibly could be. Benefits are slowly being eaten away, work schedules are changed so employees have to work weekends to attend company sponsored events and when will this company figure out Americans don't want landlines anymore. If you cant provide cellular service your boat is sinking.
