Frontier has some great front line employees who are willing to go above and beyond for the customer.
Cons
Lack of consistency in message. Expectations continue to exceed the resources the company provides to get the job done. Issues that were in place 7 years ago that directly impact the customer have not been corrected and still impact quality of service for customer
