Pros

Upper management gets involved with customers and employees on ALL levels.Everyone understands it is a business...a very competittive one where everyone needs to pull their weight.. Not at all siloed, odds are if you were to ask any employee what their most important responsibility is, they would all reply "the customer". This doesn't happen by mistake...it is cultural.

Cons

We are working to improve our OSS. It is a huge task, but we are working in a focused, interdepartmental fashion.

Verizon bought the company. Let everyone go a couple months after buying us out.
