Frontier also has great employees and wealth of experience and knowledge of the telecommunications industry. In regards to the workplace, Frontier supports flexible work schedules and work at home.
Cons
Frontier is in an extremely competitive industry where customers are increasingly moving to wireless technolgies. The core strategic systems are dated and not easily modified to support the culture of change. Organizational changes happen quickly and often.
