Pros
The best part about working for Frontier are the folks on the front lines. The people that perform the day in and day out operation of the company are some of the hardest working people I know. I would go into battle with these folks.
Cons
They preach a great deal about respect and commitment to provide quality service, but their actions speak for louder than their words. Upper Management WASTES so much money it should be criminal. There are far too many conflicts of interests. They have the worst prescription drug plan I've ever seen. The CEO books three rooms everytime she travels somewhere because she doesn't want to be bothered by the little people. The company comes up with more ways to nickel and dime customers than anyone I've ever seen. Instead of just providing quality services. If they devoted half of the resources they use on trying to manipulate and deceive their customers for upgrading the quality of service they provide they could be an amazing company. They have lied to everyone stating that they are 100% US based when in fact they have contractors overseas doing a lot of their development work. They claim to have a higher than expected favorable rating by employees during Annual employee surveys and that just doesn't mirror up to the morale of the people that I work with. Work/Life balance is pretty non existant. Their pay is horrible. They lie to employees but expect employees to be honest with them. It's just a horrible place to work. But, considering the alternative, what can you do?
