      Frontier Communications is 100% us based employees. Go US! Leadership team is fair and provides great feedback and growth opportunity. Great teamwork with other departments. I am proud to be part of a great customer service team

      Wish the pay was a little better, but it is not bad.

      Verizon bought the company. Let everyone go a couple months after buying us out.
