Pros
Transferable skills to legitimate companies. A six figure lump sum pension to collect in 5-10 years for my troubles. Watching them burn from a better place is both satisfying and entertaining.
Cons
Where should I begin. From 2014 onwards, I came to work with three emotions: apathy, contempt, and disgust. This “company” had to be dragged kicking and screaming into the twenty first century. When they took on debt to own an asset like FIOS, it was like being handed the keys to a Ferrari which they repeatedly drove into the ditch.
