You receive a paycheck. Some very talented people still around, I am struggling to find anything good.

Where do I begin? Talent is walking out of the door everyday and senior management don't care, they only want yes men and women. If you dare tell truth about whats going on its ignored or worst still you will be singled out for dismissal. Senior management only want employees that can make their dashboards look pretty for executive management. Personal appraisals are a joke basesd on fiction, favoritism is rampant and hard work is hardly ever rewarded. The toxicity that now exists in every department is beyond repair. Employees just dont care and it shows in everything we do and quite sad. I am truly ashamed to say that I still work here but will be leaving as soon as I can. I tried very hard to succeed but its impossible here, so please find another employer that values hard work and avoid this sinking ship. The only people that will be left are professional brown nosers and employees that no other company would touch.
