Pros
Money and benefits were great until Frontier took over. The company is currently actively engaged in de-unionizing work force with jobs moved to non union shops. Expereinced help replaced by underpaid and under skilled work force.
Cons
Overtime requirements after aquisition of Verizon properties was grueling. Over all mentality of this employeer was do more with less, and customer service suffered.
