Good people. Great dedication to delivering service to the customer at the local market level.

Cons

Regional company organization creates numerous issues in product deployment and standardization. Too much focus on profitability, not enough on customer deliverables. Many broken processes. Company is automated via Microsoft Office (spreadsheets and Word documents) instead of any real systems.
