Pros
Span of control is manageable. Benefits are fair, but costs increased abruptly after initial benefits information was provided. Opportunity to work on new broadband technologies.
Cons
Senior leadership is out of touch with what workers are going through. Limited capital means that nearly everything that is important gets put on hold. Elimination of bonus plan for manager level basically resulted in pay cut.
