      Pros

      Pay for education expenses to improve my skills in the marketplace. This is a nice benefit regarding the shaky situation we face as a company.

      Cons

      Upper level leadership doesn't seem to have it together at all. Currently we face a unimproving situation and there is no communication from the top down any more

      Verizon bought the company. Let everyone go a couple months after buying us out.
