Pros
Made some very wonderful friends. It was a challenging job, and the company direction changed frequently while I was there. But, always great team members to ride it out with you. Best assets were the culture and the people.
Cons
The left hand doesn't speak to the right and the head of it all, the management team is horrific. The Dilbert Principle applies here. Where their mistakes are corrected because of the very few candidates still managing to hold it all together.
