      People are very nice and well intentioned. They are hard working and try their best to give a good product and good customer service.

      Cons

      From an HR perspective, they seem overwhelmed for this many employees. Major layoffs recently.

      Verizon bought the company. Let everyone go a couple months after buying us out.
