      Pros

      Culture is excellent and exhibited and practiced from all coworkers around. Benefits is good and cost reasonable, 401K match, enough PTO.

      Cons

      Company is trying to transform into better, bigger, but struggling with middle level executive team delayed response. Big re-organization happened in the last month.

      Verizon bought the company. Let everyone go a couple months after buying us out.
