      Pros

      Really good commission structure. Fun work environment. Worked with some really great people. The monthly spiffs were very fun and engaging.

      Cons

      A very reactive instead of proactive company. Always releasing information last minute without any trial runs. Software platforms are extremely out dated. Minimal training at supervisor level.
