Pros
Sales and service technician is actually one of the higher paying jobs because it is negotiated through a union. Being able to drive on your own is also a plus because it provides a little bit of freedom rather than sitting in a building all day looking out if the windows.
Cons
Not all supervisors were once technicians so a good number of them do not know what it takes to rehab the plant within the network. Quantity of jobs per day seems to be the focal point, not quality. Angry customers are never fun to deal with either.
