Poorly run old style phone company. Management unprofessional, biased. There is a lot of cronyism. How You Look Is More IMPORTANT Than How you perform. The compamu fires people without just cause and has settled lawsuits in the millions of dollar ranges because of their discriminatory behaviors and practices.
