      Salary was great, work was manageable

      Cons

      Frontier 3x their employees from 5k to 15k with a purchase of Verizon. Bought more in 2016, went from 14k to 28k. Since then, they have been cutting employees whenever possible. Less than 10k, now, and it seems they are trying to get back to the 5k before they are bought out by Verizon.

      Pros

      Company has turned itself around after bankruptcy. Generous PTO and good benefits.

      Cons

      Company hasn't had the best reputation since acquiring new territory several years ago so there has been a struggle to regain trust with customers and employees.

      - Stress of the job - Poor inner technician camraderie - Little to no understanding of why the company was/is failing.
