      The company has a great and very supportive culture where colleagues and managers are approachable. Salaries are always paid on time, and there are huge learning opportunities for anyone willing to take ownership. The hierarchy is flat and transparent, which makes communication open and collaborative.

      Frontier seems to have turned a lot of things around, digging deep and improving from ground up. Plan to greatly expand gigabit service through out footprint

      Still working thru some older process', but new leadership appears to be getting a handle on things quickly, and well
