Pros

Interesting projects, for the most part (not all) but do genuinely try on that end Open to new ideas and if you're willing to be proactive and suggest tools, methods, etc, there is some willingness Overall, I think I learned a lot more than I expected while working here and I really liked my team members

Cons

Salaries are already low, and there's a lot of resistance for pay reviews/bumps or even any transparency around it - that's honestly the main downside Not a ton of structure and difficult to progress

Pros

High energy, flexible company. Entrepreneurial spirit, led from the top. Limited structure and process so your role is varied and you can take on things that might normally be out of your job scope. Work itself highly interesting as trying to help patients live better lives. Good team culture, Friday catch ups always fun. Would recommend.

Cons

Probably exacerbated by remote working in pandemic but communication not always great. Can lead to stress with limited time to complete tasks. Also, lack of process sometimes causes inefficiency eg trying to find files on shared drive.

Pros

I got hired very quickly

Cons

This job is a scam. I was "hired", and the company wanted to email me a check to deposit for me to purchase my equipment. When I wouldn't deposit the check, they wanted me to buy $500 in equipment from CVS.
