UNQUALIFIED people in top manager positions that have no idea how to run organization, manage people or provide leadership. CEO Will not invest in any technology or tools for job. Very very Cheap. All top management incompetent and unprofessional so no hope that anything change. IT system antiquated and so much incompetentancy beyond your comprehendsion. The office in Exton is dirty dark and dingy. They don't change light bulbs because too cheap. They don't give office supplies either. Lucky when have soap to wash hands.
