Colleagues are hard-working, friendly, and willing to offer help. Opportunities to build up different skill sets for a better resume.
Cons
Too much workload and no overtime pay at regular work days. Sometimes deadlines are too tight and require to work on weekends with non-competitive payment. Very little bonus and lack of appreciation. Very high turnover for chemists.
