Pros

I work out of the Colorado Springs, CO office and the people I work with here are amazing professionals. I love coming to work every day. We just moved to a new office with a new lease so the company is committed to maintaining our presence in CO. Company has an official standardized yearly performance review process with tied salary compensation. Company has competitive salaries based on industry and market levels. Facilities are nice and has nice perks like an expresso/latte machine. There are monthly social events and overall a friendly environment. Leadership has taken many steps over the past several years to both develop good market strategies as well as listen to both customer and employee feedback. Most employees are salaried so there is overall great personal freedom around schedules and time off. They have great benefits: health, dental, vision, pre-tax contributions, 401k, gym membership discounts, some tuition reimbursement. Company and leadership have a good employee recognition program.

Cons

Overall office and company culture is a work in progress globally but seems to be moving in a good direction. Tenure ship at the company is very high so room for advancement can be limited in some areas as people do not leave, that is overall a good thing for companies and teams but can limit personal advancement opportunities. Company sales have been picking up so hope that will lead to additional head count and therefore more opportunities. Training opportunities outside of your immediate job requirements can be limited so you somewhat have to own that for yourself and not wait for management to provide it to you.
