Pros
Have had some good training Like my manager Software is better than most competitors Onboarding reasonably smooth Lead gen folks who catch incoming calls, web registrations, etc., do a good job
Cons
Total lack of communication internally SharePoint isn't well used so always looking for things like presentations, current price lists, etc Poor marketing/analyst presence Losing market share Confusion with 3 CEOs in 5 months. Mike McCloskey left in late Aug. Few resources to support you in job SEs spread very thin, already lost 1/2 (one) of Asset Mgmt team in US Sales team is frustrated and feels like we're being blamed for low sales but what do you expect?! Externally facing website needs help Intranet site is a joke
