Pros

I enjoyed working here. Managers work side by side to the employees so easy to ask questions and get issues resolved. Everyone was very friendly and easy to work with.

Cons

The communication could have been a bit better.

Pros

Opportunity to work with recognizable brands Established processes for those early in their careers (like first job out of college)

Cons

Limited Career Development: No clear advancement paths or professional development plans exist for employees across departments. The structure lacks mentorship programs or transparent promotion criteria. Management Challenges: Managers often lack the people management training and interpersonal skills necessary to lead teams effectively. This manifests in poor communication, unclear expectations, and limited constructive feedback. Cultural Issues: A cliquey environment with visible favoritism creates inequitable treatment. Recognition and opportunities appear distributed based on relationships rather than merit or performance. Strategic Limitations: Innovation and independent thinking aren't encouraged. Employees who propose process improvements or think critically about strategy are often dismissed. The company favors maintaining status quo over exploring optimization opportunities. Client Reporting Concerns: Emphasis on presentation aesthetics over substantive performance metrics raises questions about transparency and honest client communication.
