Behind the scenes it's completely lacking in leadership being the two bosses argue all the time. It's a wonder how they've kept in business for so long. Work environment can be standoff-ish and disheartening. Truly hard to tell what the bosses are looking for in certain positions. Business organization is in binder folders (old school) rather than utilizing modern technology outside one Excel spreadsheet that anyone can manipulate. Huge on turnover for these reasons and difficulty hiring people because they don't pay well and don't offer ANY benefits until six months in.
