During my previous employment, I experienced several challenges and shortcomings within the organization: - Limited training opportunities and a lack of growth prospects hindered my professional development. - The company faced difficulties in generating leads, which resulted in heavy reliance on cold calling to find potential clients. - The CRM system used by the company was outdated and inefficient, making it challenging to manage customer relationships. Additionally, the documentation for customer accounts was inadequate. - The work environment was disorganized, leading to confusion and decreased productivity. This, in turn, contributed to a high turnover rate among employees. - There was no provision for compensation for home office expenses, and the company did not adequately supply necessary office materials. - The working conditions were unsanitary, and employees were provided with used laptops from former employees, which affected productivity and efficiency. - The benefits package offered by the company was inadequate, and the cost of family healthcare coverage was unreasonably high at $1700 per month, contrary to what was initially communicated. - The overall atmosphere in the workplace lacked professionalism, which had a negative impact on employee morale and overall productivity. In addition to the aforementioned challenges, I was also subjected to the unfortunate circumstance of being laid off within a 90-day period. I was informed that my position was being eliminated, which further compounded the difficulties I faced during my tenure with the company.

Pros

Your salary should fit your base financial needs when you join. They are pretty good about that. There is plenty of commission opportunity. The organization is still hiring and growing so there is plenty of territory left for the right salesperson. This is a hunter type role. If you fit that description, you will do very well here. There is a lot of flexibility and autonomy in your sales role. Just be a clear communicator and give your best effort. The rewards will follow.

Cons

The introduction of new products to the sales team can be a bit daunting but if you are a quick learner, you will be able to become a strong presenter quickly. They are still building some essential sales tools but they are on the right track.
