If you are just starting your career, you can spend some time here just to learn and get on the job training
Cons
Not at all good for a long time investment- the leadership is almost delusional and lacks vision. They got opportunities to work for good clients- but ended up losing them real quick- because the company doesn't really understand how ad agencies function in the market. Employee benefits and perks are not even spoken about here. Employee growth is not even considered.
