1-The Medical College of Wisconsin actually runs the place. 2-Management is concerned with making money for themselves and treats the employees like robots to squeeze out more productivity with 0 support. 3-Since ThedaCare took over, it's gone downhill rapidly. 4-Does not value experienced and loyal staff. 0 retention efforts.
