      Good pay and benefits and small company perks

      Cons

      Management does not manage well. You are forced to work everyday and on call if needed or not. No work life balance whatsoever

      Pros

      No boss breathing down your back all day.

      Cons

      No control over force outs. Management forces out product to the market that may not necessarily be needed or fit in the stores. Always have to sell more than the previous year to keep up with sales goals.
