Pros

Base pay for mechanics starts in the 30+ range. There are three shifts of eight hours. Overtime is always offered, always. Pepsi Pension after 5 years of service Fidelity 401k with Pepsi stock discount

Cons

Overtime can be mandatory. Managers are indifferent to concerns Training is almost none existent. Several of the employees are overworked and overstressed causing them to be unpleasant to work around. HR is rude when asked basic questions. And they become combative if you have a sign on bonus and ask about it. The floors are constantly slippery. Floor drains are left uncovered. Dust from the flavoring will burn your lungs. PTO is slow to accumulate. 40hrs=1 hr High turnover rate of workers and management. You can be terminated based on how your coworkers like you. Management asks them how you are doing. Your feedback to management will get ignored. Lots of people are MAGA and openly voice complaints that are not workplace appropriate.

Pros

Pay is ok and great benefits.

Cons

No work life balance. Held accountable for more and more and way too much micro managing lately. Routes are uneven some heavy and some baby routes. Routes run 7 days a week while other vendors dont. You work every holiday except Christmas unless a holiday is on your day off. Plus you work every weekend you work unless your one of the lucky ones. And if something happens in your personal life you have to deal with it after working long hours too much of a pain to call in. They love to say you will be held accountable as its almost a threat.
