Pros

Pay is on the higher end for the industry Benefits including education

Cons

Impossible sales goals, awful work/life balance, incredibly early start time, rotating door of incompetent management who only see you as a number, constantly messed up payroll, working outside in the elements, very long days, and if you’re good at your job, you can do everyone else’s too. Very little likelihood of moving up or branching out.

Pros

Pay is ok and great benefits.

Cons

No work life balance. Held accountable for more and more and way too much micro managing lately. Routes are uneven some heavy and some baby routes. Routes run 7 days a week while other vendors dont. You work every holiday except Christmas unless a holiday is on your day off. Plus you work every weekend you work unless your one of the lucky ones. And if something happens in your personal life you have to deal with it after working long hours too much of a pain to call in. They love to say you will be held accountable as its almost a threat.
