There are no cons to working at Friends Homes.

Out at scheduled time, rarely stay over past schedule. Take pride in patient care and meal accuracy for residents. Many workers were very personable and caring with residents.

Team worked collectively to get meal time completed, however there were a lot of cliques and often times it did not feel like a positive work environment. It felt like a very negative environment and everyone expected the worst performance of you. Managers were very negative and bossy - were rarely seen on the front lines with kitchen staff, they only showed up (angrily) when things weren’t going well.
