Pros
Some lower level staff members are very dedicated and skilled. Many staff at all levels have good intentions but are overworked and underpaid.
Cons
Many members of the management team lack basic communication skills, and do not participate in efforts to hire, retain, and promote diverse staff. The majority of POC staff members were laid off within the last year. Racist comments were frequently made by some staff members without any consequences or resolution. Suggestions made by staff to improve the working environment were ignored.
