Pros
Co-workers were easy to get along with. New building is surrounded by a lot of great restaurants.
Cons
There is no direction from upper level management. To make matters worse, there was no performance review during my time there. Management only care about themselves and mistreats its employees. No opportunity for career growth. Only work here if you need a job and have no other offers in the table.
