Terrible place to work! - Customer Service Associate Friday Harbour Employee Review

They don't deliver on their promises; expected to work like a slave with no appreciation, low pay, no perks, ungreatful and don't show any appreciation. Upper management does not care about the place or the employees but I think the owners truly want it to succeed unfortunately they have the wrong 'chiefs' in place. Everybody back stabs eachother to look good.
