      Wynwood is a cool area to work.

      Cons

      'Work hard play hard' is always a red flag. Leadership is self-serving and unappreciative. So much focus on trying to be a cool brand, but it feels incredibly forced. Chelsea is a fraud, and completely insufferable. Save your ears from her shrill voice and tone deaf opinions.

      Little to no time to actually enjoy the perks Taking time off is subtly discouraged / frowned upon Strict 8–5 schedule, even when work is already completed Leadership ego (especially at the top) can impact the work culture
