"When good people leave the company, you've promoted the wrong people!" - Floor Staff Freudenberg Group Employee Review

Pros

Some competent people here and there, but none of them are running the floor.

Cons

Favoritism by the snakes in the HR department should have been rooted out long ago. Being good at what you do and bringing value to the company is meaningless in comparison to holding hands and singing Kumbaya.

Pros

Stable company with broad global reach. Front office jobs not demanding, hybrid schedules and low expectations lead most to be 30-35 hr weeks.

Cons

At first this looks like a positive: you’ll notice that many employees have tenures of 15,20, 30 years. But that leads to a lot of group think and insular behaviors. They actually have a common statement among employees - “you’re not a Freudenberger unless you’ve been here 10 years.” Not exactly a welcoming statement to new employees. If you’d like to have your input and thoughts ignored for a decade, this is the place for you. Convinced they have great technologies, but in market terms, average technology at best. Horrific infighting between divisions. Management meetings resemble Klukluxclan meetings in terms of diversity. Pay scales below market, 401k match very weak
