Pros

Good Pay for the area. They offer opportunities to get involved.

Cons

Little-to-no communication. The "Culture" is shoved down one's throat but not followed by management.

Thank you for sharing this feedback regarding your experience with Freudenberg. We do expect our management to lead by example and we understand that it can be frustrating to have “culture” expectations discussed and not demonstrated. Successful teams depend on strong and effective leaders so we regret to hear that you felt you did not have this. We will pass this insight on to the appropriate parties so that we can improve on this topic from here. Thank you again and we wish you luck in your future career endeavors.

Pros

Stable company with broad global reach. Front office jobs not demanding, hybrid schedules and low expectations lead most to be 30-35 hr weeks.

Cons

At first this looks like a positive: you’ll notice that many employees have tenures of 15,20, 30 years. But that leads to a lot of group think and insular behaviors. They actually have a common statement among employees - “you’re not a Freudenberger unless you’ve been here 10 years.” Not exactly a welcoming statement to new employees. If you’d like to have your input and thoughts ignored for a decade, this is the place for you. Convinced they have great technologies, but in market terms, average technology at best. Horrific infighting between divisions. Management meetings resemble Klukluxclan meetings in terms of diversity. Pay scales below market, 401k match very weak
