Came to apply once more and since my mother worked there for 13 plus years, denied me a job position because she recently had filed a lawsuit with them. Did not find it fair judgement, highly noticeable when they favor a shift and or certain people.

Pros
Stable company with broad global reach. Front office jobs not demanding, hybrid schedules and low expectations lead most to be 30-35 hr weeks.
Cons
At first this looks like a positive: you’ll notice that many employees have tenures of 15,20, 30 years. But that leads to a lot of group think and insular behaviors. They actually have a common statement among employees - “you’re not a Freudenberger unless you’ve been here 10 years.” Not exactly a welcoming statement to new employees. If you’d like to have your input and thoughts ignored for a decade, this is the place for you.

Management meetings resemble Klukluxclan meetings in terms of diversity.
Pay scales below market, 401k match very weak
