The talented BME employees that work their socks off day in and day out and make the long days (and they are long) bearable
Cons
Where to begin... 1) Microaggression is horrific. Distinctively white no matter how much they tie a pretty bow and hire some BME junior staff to fill a stat. Hardly any BME senior staff or any diversity tbh and once they are hired they aren't cared for 2) Junior staff are under appreciated hence the many across all teams that are leaving. Because the system is you work on multiple accounts you don't have 1 manager monitoring your work, so everyone ends up saying their work is the most important and you burn out, overworked and miserable 3) UNDERPAID!!! 4) Majority of people are super cliquey and very rude. Its everyone for themselves and a lot of the time people take credit for your work. 5) There is no time to develop you are always stressed. Just kiss your social life goodbye.
