Pros

Great parties. Some really cool, interesting people and lifelong friends. Beautiful offices with incredible art - lovely receptionists - in a great location, and you get exposure to some really cool projects. International travel at all levels. Really great HR department who will help you work through anything you need to. Nice office dogs, good breakfast options. Interesting to work with other internal Brewery teams (design, video) etc.

Cons

It seems like a really cool place to work from the exterior, but it's definitely a different story on the inside. They offer significantly lower pay than jobs at the same level at other agencies, and there are big discrepancies within bands at freuds. Extremely cliquey - you'll be required to do some sucking up to people to get what you want, as bluntly, project teams are built on favouritism, so be prepared to navigate a whirlwind of internal politics. Very high proportion of 'private school people' who are quite obnoxious which can make it, at times, a very uncomfortable place to be if you're not the cookie-cutter freuds person (something I felt myself and saw many others experience). Patchy skills and training and very little support for juniors who aren't taught key skills. Working from home was banned so it feels like they don't really trust you.
