Pros

Wonderful teammates, excellent remote culture, caring management and thoughtful leadership, transparency, awesome product.

Cons

Not a con exactly, but worth mentioning: Fretello is a growing startup, meaning that you have the opportunity to wear several hats (and should be prepared to do so).

Pros

Good coverage for the employees and your business. Can be better if enforced at all times.

Cons

Bad follow up on improving the customer service experience. Management needs to be able to make dedicated customer support.

Pros

Where to start, hmm? - Love the people, the kind and inspiring personalities they are - Very appreciative and empathetic contact and communication with others - Great team collaboration in terms of information flow, brainstorming feedback loops, and openness for input from people outside of the direct team - Bias to action mindset, let's try something and improve along the way - Continuous learning, making mistakes and sharing learning and teaching skills is valued - People actually care about their teammates, their positions, and the product - Trust in competences and self-organization - Outcome counts over input - Great leaders who are competent, mindful, good in delegating and excellent social skills - Incredibly transparent decision-making, project updates, and feedback loops - A lot of freedom to create and shape one's own area of responsibility - Lot's of flexibility in terms of working hours distribution and task organization - Supportive and mindful team who is aware that people have private lives too and need time to recharge batteries

Cons

Being used to working in later-stage companies with tons of rules and fixed processes, it seemed a little chaotic at the beginning, only for me to learn that no fixed structure is needed for processes to run smoothly with the right, proactive people and that nothing is set in stone as we are ever-evolving. Quite mature for an early-stage startup.
