      Good pay and decent benefits

      Cons

      The management is the worst here. They will target employees to get them fired! They bully and make false promises about "leveling up" to get you to work harder. They will use you to get others fired and make you feel like you have to do it. Only reason people stay is because the pay is great.

      Pros

      Great pay, benefits, bonuses. There are a lot of talented and genuinely good people who work for this company. If you work in the office you can get 5 weeks of PTO. Most people are out of the office by 3 or 4.

      Cons

      As company gets bigger, some perks are disappearing. It happens with any startup.
