Great company that values its employees - Anonymous employee Freshpet Employee Review

I truly feel that Freshpet really values its employees and wants them to succeed. I feel so fortunate to work at a company that appreciates the effort and time that I put in day in and day out. I'm not in a senior management role, and yet everyone from the CEO to the company co-founder knows my name, converses with all employees (no matter their role) on a daily basis, and shows a genuine interest in my ideas and input. I really feel empowered to put my best foot forward each and every day, and you won't find a company that appreciates its employees more than Freshpet. It's definitely a place that I can see myself working at for years to come!
