You won't ever see a raise that correlates with your responsibilities or skills so don't get excited about promises that come in nickels and dimes. Pay bumps are always delivered after jumping through stalling tactic hoops. Everyone is always throwing someone under the bus with no shame in reversing right back over the tossed body. The serious lack of accountability that goes on in this place is unlike anywhere I've ever seen. With the exception of a few talented co-workers who are out of this company's league, you are better off somewhere else. Developing yourself here professionally is stagnant and most positions will lead you to a dead end.
