      Pros

      Great pay. Luxury events are organised. More than average number of holidays. Good colleagues. Good location.

      Cons

      You feel like a number at this firm and as a PA/EA you have no say in how the company deals with admin even if it directly impacts your job. Admin is being outsourced more and more and all jobs that fall through the cracks have to be taken up by PAs/EAs and therefore the workload increases every year.
