The quality of the product is top of the class, features are released at a frequency that I have never seen before and are always exceeding our clients expectations and needs. Which makes this product the best I have ever had to sell! I am truly humbled by where the company is at, being so young but already with a great product-market fit and amazing traction! To describe the Culture, I'd say it is to care. Care for the work we do, for the people we do it with and above all, for the clients we do it for. The attitude is to point at a problem and fix it together. Not point at someone and blame the individual. Anyone is welcomed to question our processes and to take initiatives to improve them. The above is exactly how I approach my life, so this job does not feel like one. Our founders are passionate about product quality and high business performance. Their vision is inspiring and their decisions are always backed with sound data analysis (and we have a lot of data available!). So yes, the expectations are high. This is a high performing team of outstanding talents, passionate professionals, who want to have an impact everyday. I am a Commercial Director in this company and a current employee, so I am biased. But the above is a genuine description of how I feel about my role, the team and the company.
