Pros
Great start-up ish dynamic environment in which you can learn develop your skill and have a real impact. Lovely people and busy yet relaxed atmosphere.
Cons
Not offering employee allowance for car etc. Only healthy food in kitchen (I am not into fruits, veggies or yogurts). Only 15days/year leave to begin with.
